2. Service Description

Executive Fuel provides prepared meal delivery services designed for busy professionals. Services include weekly meal plans delivered to your specified address.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Account and Registration

To use our services, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

5. Orders and Payment

5.1 Placing Orders

When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase services. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order.

5.2 Pricing

All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change. Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

5.3 Payment

Payment is processed weekly in advance. We accept major credit cards and electronic payment methods.

5.4 Billing

By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.

6. Delivery

6.1 Delivery Schedule

Standard delivery occurs on Sunday evenings between 5 PM and 8 PM. Delivery times may vary based on location and circumstances beyond our control.

6.2 Delivery Address

You must provide a valid delivery address. You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery or that there is a safe place to leave meals.

6.3 Failed Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address information or unavailability, you may be charged a redelivery fee.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

7.1 Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or pause your service by notifying us before Thursday evening of the week prior to your scheduled delivery.

7.2 Refunds

Refunds are provided for cancelled orders meeting the cancellation deadline. No refunds for missed cancellation deadlines or completed deliveries.

7.3 Quality Issues

If you receive meals that do not meet quality standards, contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.

8. Food Safety and Allergies

While we accommodate dietary preferences and restrictions, you are responsible for verifying that meals are suitable for your specific needs. We cannot guarantee complete absence of allergens due to potential cross-contamination.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Executive Fuel and protected by copyright laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

Executive Fuel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the preceding month.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Executive Fuel harmless from any claims arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

12. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to services at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiations before pursuing legal action.
